750 gr carne tocata amestec(vita+porc) / 750gr minced meat (beef+pork)
12-14 catei de usturoi / 12-14 garlic pieces
3 oua intregi / 3 eggs
2, 3 cartofi razaliti / 2, 3 scraped potatoes
sare/ salt
piper/ black pepper
Preparare/Preparation
Puneti carnea tocata intr-un bol mai mare. Spargeti ouale si puneti-le peste carne./Put the minced meat into a large bawl. Crack the eggs and add them into the bawl.
Adaugati usturoiul presat./Add the finely chopped garlic into the bawl.

Curatati cartofii si razuitii pe razatoarea fina. Inainte sa ii adaugati peste carne, scurgeti-i de tot sucul./Peal off the potatoes and then scrap them on the rasp/grater. Before you put them into the meat bawl, squeeze them to get rid of all the juice.


Puneti sare si piper dupa gust si amestecati toate ingredientele cu mana./Put as much salt and pepper as you think you like. And start mixing all the ingredients together with your hand.

Faceti mici mingiute rotunde intre palme si asezatile intr-o tigaie cu ulei incins. Lasati-el sa se prajeasca pana capata o culoare maronie, intorcandu-le de cateva ori ca sa nu se arda./Make small round balls in the palm of your hand and put them into a pan with hot oil on top of the stove. Let them fried until they become brown,turning them over several times.

Scoateti chiftelele pe un platou pe care ati asezat cateva servetele de hartie ca sa absoarba uleiul in exces./Take them out from the oil and place them in a bawl with paper napkins to absorbe the extra oil.
