Ingrediente/Ingredients:
1 litru lapte/1 liter milk
10 linguri zahar/10 Tbs white sugar
5 oua/ 5 eggs
4 budinci (2 de vanilie si 2 de frisca)/ 4 puddings (2 vanilla and 2 sweet cream taste)
un pachet de foi de cremes/ one package "cremes" dough
Preparare/ Preparation
800ml lapte se pun la fiert intr-un vas mai mare cu 5 linguri de zahar./Put 800ml milk into a large bowl and mix with 5 Tbs of sugar. Put the bowl on the stove to boil.

200 ml lapte se amesteca cu 5 galbenuse, 5 linguri de zahar si cele 4 budinci./ Mix 200ml milk with 5 Tbs sugar and 5 egg yolks and the 4 puddings.

Cand laptele de pe foc a inceput sa fiarba turnati inauntru amestecul de mai sus si amestecati continuu pana se ingroasa bine./ When the milk on the stove boils, pour in the mix and stir continually until you get a very stif cream.

Bateti cele 5 albuse spuma cat de tare posibil./ Beat the whites of the 5 eggs till they turn to a stif foam.
Cand e groasa bine crema luati de pe foc si amestecati cu albusurile batute spuma. / When the cream on the stove is stif enough, remove from the fire and mix in the whites foam.

Turnati crema intre cele 2 foi intinzand uniform./ Pour the cream between the 2 dough peices.


Pudrati cu zahar pudra si lasati la racit./ Sprinkle some poudre sugar on top and let it cool down.
