Ingrediente:
500 gr conopida/500gr cauliflower
1 buc ceapa alba/1 white onion
20 gr unt/20gr butter
20 gr faina alba/20gr white flour
100ml vin alb/100ml white wine
750ml supa de legume/750ml vegetable soup (just the soup without any vegetables)
1 lingurita zeama de lamaie/one tea spoon lemon juice
100ml lapte/100ml fresh milk
2 linguri smantana/2 spoons sour cream
100gr branza topita cu verdeturi/100gr cheese cream with seasoning (parsley and green onion)
30gr sunca taiata cubulete/30gr ham chopped
1 lingura patrunjel/one spoon fresh parsley chopped
sare, piper, nucsoara(optional)/salt, pepper, nutmeg powder(optional)
Prepararea/preparation
1. Se curata conopida si se desface pe bucatele./wash the cauliflower and devided in small flowers.
2. Se topeste untul intr-o oala de supa si se caleste ceapa tocata marunt. Se presara faina si se mai caleste amestecand continuu sa nu se rumeneasca./ you melt the butter in a soup pan and sprinkle the flower stiring so it won't burn.



3. Se stinge cu vinul si se amesteca bine cu telul. Se toarna supa de legume, apoi sucul de lamaie, smantana si laptele./ your pour into the mix above the wine, the lemon juice, sour cream and milk stiring well.



4. Se adauga bucatelele de conopida si se da totul in clocot. Se reduce focul si se lasa sa fiarba potolit timp de 20-30 de minute./Add in the soup the cauliflower pieces and let it boil. After the boilling started, let it simmer for 20-30 minutes.

5. Se ia de pe foc. Se scot cateva bucatele de conopida din supa, se adauga crema de branza si apoi se paseaza cu mixerul vertical./Put it on the table. Take out few pieces of cauliflower (for decorating) and add in the soup the cream cheese. Mix everything with a blender.
6. Se condimenteaza dupa gust, se adauga sunca si bucatile de conopida si se serveste cu patrunjel tocat./Seasoning as you like it, add the chopped ham and the cauliflower pieces you saved and serve with chopped parsley.
